GFWS has commissioned the agency gmvteam from Düsseldorf to develop a vision for the Grevenbroich city center. As part of this project, a workshop program will be launched to strengthen entrepreneurial skills in brick-and-mortar retail. The aim is to specifically support committed retailers, enhance their competitiveness, and establish flagship projects with exemplary character.

The initiative is designed and carried out by the team of gmvteam GmbH led by Frank Rehme. The focus is on practical measures in the following areas:

  • Business model and target groups: sharpening positioning and customer approach
  • Product range and presentation: optimization from shop window to store layout
  • Customer loyalty and communication: effective, straightforward tools – online and offline
  • Artificial intelligence: low-threshold tools to ease daily business operations

Schedule and Framework

  • Three group workshops, expected to start mid-January 2026
  • Dates coordinated in consultation with participants
  • Content tailored to the maturity level of the companies
  • Documentation (presentations/short protocols) and follow-up discussions for implementation

Participation & Contact
Interested companies from Grevenbroich (all districts) are welcome to contact Frank Rehme directly by email at Frank Rehme. He will then get in touch to arrange a preliminary discussion.
